Welcome to the best of rain and cloud forest kayaking. The rivers of Ecuador are exceptional. Remote and beautiful, they put the “c” in continuous. Our goal is to maximize your fun and eliminate the hassle -- without insulating you from the adventure. We take care to provide you with excellent lodging, delicious meals, and the kayak of your choice. We handle all the river logistics and smooth out unplanned occurrences while individualizing our guiding style to fit your needs. Your day is filled with great kayaking. Ecuador is one of the most species-rich nations in the world with a diverse cultural heritage, spectacular terrain and wonderful rivers. This combination makes for a truly unique kayaking vacation.
To take advantage of the variety of whitewater and the best water levels, we paddle in two separate drainages. Travel between these areas is minimal so we get to kayak every single day. We'll run tributaries of the Amazon, both continuous Andean creeks and big water, drop-pool play runs. You'll find lush jungle canyons and lightly populated valleys full of birds, butterflies and orchids. Our exact itinerary will be tailored to match the ability and interests of each group. We keep our trips small, with 7 paddlers max.
We have been guiding these rivers since 1995 and know the best play-spots and runs for any level. On these trips we will be glad to work with you on your river strategies and playing, or just back you up as you go for a move.
